In order to ensure the same, Divine Global is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers.

In case you unsatisfied with the product received from Divine Global, you may contact the Divine Global Team with your complaints/ feed backs at info@divineglobal.in, who will revert back to you at the earliest.

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

In case the customers does not have access to local alteration facilities, Divine Global recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

  • Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
  • Try to choose as shown option to minimize errors
  • Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM-On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Divine Global may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Divine Global at info@divineglobal.in, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Divine Global regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email Divine Global at info@divineglobal.in, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Divine Global for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Divine Global does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details / Complaints of the single order / package delivery. Please note that Divine Global Shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to Divine Global shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Divine Global within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Divine Global.

Safe receipt of defective product by Divine Global is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Divine Global shall make the necessary modifications/alterations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

OBLIGATION OF THE Divine Global

Divine Global shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

Divine Global shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer available, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Divine Global.

Divine Global shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product, alterations and modifications of the products against returned product.

Divine Global shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the Divine Global, It shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, Divine Global is under no obligations to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Divine Global shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Divine Global in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Divine Global shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

CREDIT ISSUES

kindly note that credits against the customer’s account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. There after, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of Divine Global processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The details of the products or product (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Divine Global only approximate values.

While Divine Global shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product , however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

The Customer may take note of the following:

  1. The colors red , maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
  2. The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
  3. 3.Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
  4. 4.Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
